    What is wrong with Tennisinsight?
Has this site been down for almost 24 hours now or is it just me?

Excruciatingly slow. It's not just you.

I gave up on it awhile ago. It does this every so often so hopefully it's back to normal before the Finals.

I'm glad to know it's not just me. Shari's right, you can get a page to load if you're patient and persistent, but I'm just giving up for the night and hoping things are better in the morning.

You know, it's moments like this which make me think it's time to add another tennis stat database to my arsenal. Do any of you guys use OnCourt or any of the other software packages which save the stats to your computer and download the data for new matches everyday?

Yes, oncourt is a must for quick manipulation of data. I particularly like you can do your own categories of player (eg I have netrushers, big baseliners, big servers, mentally strong, etc etc) - you can then see how a player does against particular playing styles.

ps TI was down cos the main developer was stuck on a flight! bad timing....

I used OnCourt solo for the first time last year and for some reason haven't got around to renewing it when my licence expired about a month ago. Just left the email sitting in my inbox. But now that you've reminded me, I'm going to renew it now considering 99% of my gambling is focused on tennis again.

The number of variables it uses are remarkable and it's bloody easy to use. Now that I think of it, I relied a lot on the fatigue filter last year.
