Lou has said in the past this is some sort of "feed" they get piped into the SBR book as far as posting lines. So if the feed is not received, then no lines. It's not on purpose, but there should be a more reliable way I think to get lines up seeing as most books have the lines for matches tomorrow posted the prior night by maybe 10pm ET at the latest. It is what it is though.

Eagles, you can also tell by looking at SBR Odds for tennis. If there's nothing there under Bookmaker, there won't be any tennis lines. It's the same feed.
