Hammer it IMO, if Dulgheru does pull it off you can almost bet it will be 3 sets, but feel Dulgheru's luck finally runs out and Sevastova gets it done in straight sets.

Dulgheru had trouble with Chakvetdaze, Sevastova with a chance here

also thinking about taking sevastova here. She is playing good tennis with a high 1st serve %. she smashed peng in just 48 minutes. Dulgheru was lucky that bad light stopped her match with chakvetadze, after losing the 2nd set and dropping all 4 of her service games.
Sevastova looks like a solid play.
