i took isner for $1,000 and i covered back at 23-23 after seeing mahut is so tough, playing from behind and manage his own service game.

59-59 means 8 sets plus of 7-6 score, plus 4 sets before the 5th, it is a total of 12+ sets of tennis they have played non-stop.

i went to sleep at 23-23, luckily i did that.

Not many. If the official scoreboard from wimbledon.org was right, there was only three break points in fifth set when the score was 42-42, after that scoreboard pretty much lost it's marbles but I counted two break points for Mahut and one for Isner. So maybe total six break points in fifth set. For some reason I didn't watch whole fifth set, so I might be wrong. Total break points of the match is only 15 so far.

At 1 point, Isner had 2 match points, Mahut saved the 30-40 one on an ace down the middle, amazing.
