Nicolas Almagro will defeat Verdasco!!!

Could very well happen. Verdasco has played a ton of tennis this year so he might be tired. Almagro struggled earlier in the tournament but has been really good.

I don't know if Verdasco's fitness will be an issue. This is a defining career moment for Verdasco and he knows it. He's not going to wear out physically.

Interesting that you think Amalgro's footwork is better which it probably has been, but do you think Verdasco possibly has just been in cruise control these opening matches? I mean look at Verdasco's footwork during the smaller clay tourney's he played in leading up to the French.

I have to look at this match some more.

It's because of his broken toenail that became infected. He had injections and had it bandaged before his last match but the price is reflecting that. I think anyone who takes him should make sure they know the rules about how their book handles retirements just to be safe. Best of luck Gator!!

This line is a direct result of all fatigue/injury talk surrounding verdasco. You almost getting no plus money on almagro who is 0-3 against him on clay and who lost in straight sets to him here last year. To me its a bit of a joke. Its still a top 10 player going up against erratic mental headcase which almagro is. I almost have to go with Verdasco at this price...
