If you had to pick a major dog - Dubai 2/24/10
Look at this huge lineups of big dogs, if you HAD to pick one, which would it be?

    05:00 Baghdatis M. - Dev Varman Somdev -588 +348
    05:00 Berrer M. - Davydenko N. +529 -1000
    05:00 Koubek S. - Cilic M. +600 -1250
    05:00 Murray A. - Tipsarevic J. -1000 +542
    05:00 Troicki V. - Djokovic N. +614 -1250
    05:00 Tsonga J.-W. - Ljubicic I. -526 +307

These lines are averages I think so most of us can get even better prices. If I HAD to take one I might look to Berrer...

Davydenko will wipe the floor with Berrer.

Someone expects Lubijcic to do something because he is being steamed.

                        I would lay Baghdatis myself.

Davydenko retires after dropping the first set.

Hope you bet against him at 5dimes.

My future is in the toilet.

Baghdatis is trying to come back with some strong early results. Of the picks, he would be the one I would take; but he has looked good so far this year....

Gotta be Berrer, he's been the hottest lately, facing a Davy that doesn't look 100%.

Tipsarevic was the correct answer. Andy Murray is suffering from Juan Martin Del Potro syndrome from 2009. Got his ass whooped by Federer in Australia and took months to recover. Murray appears to be on that road. Maybe he'll win the US Open.

Wow, a few that picked Berrer, would have cashed at 1 set action joints. None of us said Tipsy. If you had bet all of them you would be up 6.71 units with one unit on Ljubicic pending. And this is with crappy prices from a free line service. Fade the faves.

and the favs that did win had to battle. Cilic was tested in the 2nd set breaker, Baggy needed 3 to take care of Dev, and Djoker was tested as well.

oddly taking Soderling was prolly a stupid bet. Going against Nadal at the French? I mean nice hit but come on, why on earth would u have played that?

In smaller tournaments taking dogs isn't a bad idea, look at today as a example no favorite won easily and a handful lost. U get to the 2nd round and quarterfinals of this ATP 500 events and the lower ranked players can smell the cash. Guys like Tipsy and Berrer then money means alot more to them. U think Murray cares about going going out in the 2nd round of a ATP 500 event? Of course not, but Tipsy is so excited he prolly can't sleep tonight. Berrer is another guy, who plays mostly challengers. The matches mean more to them therefore u can see some close matches and they pull the upset. In majors, chalks parlays are great. Even in ATP 1000 events they work. But at 250 and 500 levels it just isnt a good idea.

                                                  Cheers

Hmm, Nadal beat him 1 and 0 about a week ago, he lost to Starace easily in the 3rd 2 weeks ago. Then needed breakers against Kevin Kim and Denis Istomin to get to the 3rd round. Hardly would call it on "fire" But good hit
