    Isner big today
    Isner vs. Greul.

    Isner +120 at Wagerchief.

Isner 12-2 on the year, Greul 1-6

Isners been playing tough, losing to A. Murray at the Austrailian open in the Round of 16.
Just lost last week in the Finals in Memphis.

Isner has been playing and beating better players.

    Isner all the way!

I can see taking a shot, but BIG with him on clay? Think that is a bad idea personally. It's his 1st clay court match of the year and he just doesn't play on the surface much at all. Good luck since I have nothing invested in this one.

Yeah. Just a normal play for me at +125. He is decidedly a mediocre clay player and Greul is a decent one, perhaps above average for the surface. Clay shouldn't neutralize the serve but the rest of his game will suffer. Greul is in terrible form over his last 2 serving more than 1 DF/service game.

..... I ain't playing it and yall know I'll play anything so. The surface should make it more than competitive. It's only +2 Isner if you could get +2.5 I'd probably take that, but that' it.

Yeah throw the records and YTD out the window for this one. I actually like Greul -2 in his one. Isner would be in Florida this week if they Davis Cup wasn't on clay. He would never have put this one on his calendar

Well, last year Isner went to DelRay where the purse is $500,000 there.
Acapulco is over a $1,000,000 purse this year and DelRay still 500K
To me its like a nice horse, if you are in good form, midas well go where the big $$$ are.
As far as the Davis Cup thing, I cant comment on that, I dont know enough.
Going with the guy in good form.

              Good Luck to us all!

Greul double faults up 40-15... he is getting in very few 1st serves still but he wins the game at 30.... 2-2

greul was 90% on his first serves for the match! and just like that Querrey and Isner are out.

Both played well, but as I said if Davis Cup wasn't on clay they wouldn't have been in Mexico. Both these guys would have been the two favorites in Delray Beach given their current form. P-Mac prolly told them to get their butts down to Acapulco for some clay court tuneup. I was impressed with Querrey more, I expected him to get killed in that matchup with Gonzo. Makes me believe one of these guys could beat a Tipsy or a Troicki on Day 1 and give USA a chance in this tie

I don't know about that. Niether is very good at all on clay.
