Is anyone doing that? Has it been effective?
I have been betting on dogs and once the dog wins 1st set, I've been hedging so that I win small regardless of result.
So far the dogs I've bet on and have hedged out after 1st set, has been winning the match in straight sets.

Ie. I had 1u on Nishi against Murray at 3 and I've hedged out by placing 1u on Murray at 2.2.
Managed to make 1u profit but as Nishi won in straights, kinda regretting lol.

Can anyone share their experience with arbitrage betting with tennis?

if you are using different books to arb tennis make sure you know the rules each has with retirements

sometimes you can use this to your advantage if one player has a higher chance than normal to retire

Looks like I've used the wrong words.
I didn't mean arbitrage, was meant to say hedging out of original bet.

Why not just bet on 1st set then?

Because sometimes, I can hedge out before the end of 1st set.
Ie. As soon as the dog breaks the favorite. And by doing so I don't have to worry about the dog getting broken.
