Is there a list of players who throw games?

Evans is definitely on it. Choked against Wawrinka and Herbert with a 95% chance to win, that's twice in 5 matches.
Edmund just threw as a 98% fav.

In WTA it's deffo Sorribes Tormo who won 10 games then lost 12, one of the greatest chokes of all time.
