I almost admire the balls that he has to say that garbage. Most athletes would feed us some bullshit about it not being their day but Kyrgios and Tomic would rather destroy their careers to proclaim how indifferent they feel to tennis.

I've seen Tomic put in some terrible efforts but I actually was surprised by his comments. Tomic flat out said that he was bored while playing in arguably the best grand slam in conditions that suit his game. Then he said that he took a medical timeout to mess with Zverev's rhythm. Lots of players do this but to come out and say that he faked an injury to stop play?!? I hope he gets suspended for the rest of the year.
