someone talk me out of it. think Kas will outclass her in this spot. Puig more focused on finding her form and doesn't care if she loses matches in the short term while Kas played amazing on the green stuff, same as last year

Shouldn't be talking you out of this especially as someone who follows and benefits from your threads. But this isn't a good spot to fade Puig. She plays well against good opposition. If her heart wasn't in this, she could have lost to a Siniakova I actually rate slightly better than Kasatkina.
