Steve Johnson just breaks Murray to go up 4-3 in the 3rd set and they immediately switch to Puig who is serving for the match!?!? Johnson beating Murray in the Olympics would probably be the biggest American tennis accomplishment this year and they switch to the wta bs?!?!? Beating Kvitova isn't even that big a deal, she has had a horrible season. While we watch Puig struggle to hold for the first time in a couple service games, Johnson goes up 30 love and Murray is +256, then Johnson loses the next 4 points and gets broken. And we missed it because NBC has no fking idea what they are doing.

They are supposed to man, the entire point of their general coverage is for Americans to see American accomplishments (tennis is a bit different since it's so many matches). And unless you're a gambler, why the fk would you care about Puig vs Kvitova when a really high quality ATP match is going on where Johnson is ahead of the #2 player in the world!Comment
