    Monica Puig 08/02/16
Sorry its been a minute since I posted stats, been hard at work getting the web developer up to speed so I can launch in 2017

I've decided to add ATP stats in 2017 if at all possible, but will need someone to do data entry if the person I have spoken with falls through... but if he is able to do ATP, then whoever contacts me about this would be uncharge of doing data entry for qualifier rounds for both WTA & ATP... pay is commission of subscriptions DM me if your good in excel (and I mean really good) I can't be baby sitting someone who isn't really good in Excel

that being said, thought I would throw out a few stats for Monica Puig tomorrow

    25-23-3 ATS overall
    16-15-2 Overall as FAV
    20-18-1 ATS Daytime
4-0-0 ATS Quarterfinals (has only been Favored once in QF, 1-0-0 ATS/QF/FAV & 3-0-0 ATS/QF/DOG)
2-2-0 ATS Hard Court all spreads -3.5 & lower (lower defined as closer to pick)
7-5 SU as FAV of -220 or less (all surfaces)(less defined as closer to pick)

I've been on her as well bud, just no time to post.... working hard to get an app built so all these stats are available at the palm of your hands in 2017, for a nominal fee (not trying to get rich, just trying to help people and pay those involved a respectable wage)

            Puig:

13-6-2 Round 1 ATS & 5-1-1 ATS HC favored by 4.5 or more

and if you think she checks out I'll ride 4-0-0 ATS in Quarterfinals all day long, but BOL backing Naomi Osaka who is 1-2-0 ATS HC dog <3.5 & hasn't covered a QF round ATS YTD

not meant to be offensive bud, I just get to typing and don't look back, so if that seems offensive, it wasn't meant that way

Good luck with your database, I think it leaves out some of the most important things that need to be known in tennis, those things take knowledge of the game, some knowledge of the players and having watched the players immediately before. In short, imo, current form is top 1 or 2 the most important aspect of tennis betting, it'd be hard to quantify for a database for present betting. Many odds are calculated when a certain form is known which is why two players can play one another many times and have much disparity in the odds. I wish you much luck in this venture and hope it is very profitable good luck.

no offense but I'm already on that jtoler, step ahead of ya, its in build mode now current form user configureable by date range, 1st SRV/2nd SRV. filterable by surface all the way down to who built the surface (deco turf/plexipave/rukort/etc) filterable by court speed and weather variables as well... lots to come in 2017, I just can't tip my hand too early in fear someone will try to copy my work as I've spent endless hours working on this

When Im watching a player especially early in a tournament Im looking at confidence in taking and making shots, ball depth, UE's etc. Youd be hardpressed to find UE's for tournaments below maybe 1000's, very hard below 500. hope its profitable for you, I just do better by watching even if I didnt catch a set if I can find a 5 minute youtube clip of the previous match. With all the data youre getting Id hope youd have it integrated to automatically have points defending in it, some matches are solely based on such and every other stat can be thrown out the window, in short, some matches a player will tank. Some players are easier to identify as such and more patternized than others. Some players I just know when theyre going to tank.

you are very correct, UFE (and Winners and FE) is something I'm looking to add, I think I've figured out how to obtain the UFE stats, but its not reliable to run with as of yet, and yes, thats my 7 of hearts is defending serve and my 8 of hearts in break consolidation, those are coming in 2017, already built the data tables

Do you take into account time zone of where the player was last and what round in the new tourney? Even time zone of hometown. And what time they are playing? I think a lot of these players doing well at home has a huge part to no jet lag especially in earlier rounds. I'd be very interested to see those stats. Study after study proves you lose focus when sunrise and sunset changes on you and penetrates with your head. Feel like you can take advantage of this in earlier rounds especially with those most affected. Just a thought. Lots to consider with tennis.

Pharaoh, I'm going to build that (jet lag factor) during the offseason, I have the data, just needing to figure out how I want to configure it... I also have elevation stats as well... but not such a low sample size right now not really worth posting...

I don't have actual time of day match is played but I could back track and add that during the off season (that would be a pure week of data entry lol)
