So if I bet every top 5 (10?) player in both ATP and WTA to win their RD1 and RD2 match, would my parlay survive until now? I believe Vika lost but it was retirement?

Who should I take for tomorrow? Have my eyes on Raonic at -2500 or so.

Is there any chance Djokovic or Nadal lose in the next couple rounds?

Are Halep or Serena sure bets? What about Muguruza or Nishikori, currently at -600-700 each?

Seeing how Azarenka lost her match (after the first set completion, too!) I can't help but wonder...
Which of the following is most/least likely to suffer an injury mid-match that will cause him/her to lose the said match?
