    Fading James Blake
    Victor Crivoi +162
Romanian qualifier won two matches in qualifying for the Rome tournament over Gabashvilli & Lapentti. The one over Lapentti being fairly impressive to me as the Ecuadoran had scalped several opponents the caliber of James Blake or much better in Youzhny, Stepanek, Belluci & Safin in the last two clay court tournaments. Blake has been mostly miserable since injuring an ankle in San Jose and lost his only clay court match this year in Houston, which is one of the few clay court events he had success at during his career. Blake did make the quarters here last year, but he was obviously playing better at the time. With matches under his belt on this surface and the questionable form of Blake, good spot to fade the USA & take a stab at Crivoi.

Well when Pinnacle lets US players play - then we can all enjoy fantastic lines. Until then, the "shit" books like Carib (my current book) get my plays. They don't have great tennis lines, but ya know what - I just want a win. If I get screwed out of some extra scratch because their lines are worse - so be it, but a win is a win is a win if you get it.

Your philosophy in that post is exactly why the house always wins. Matchbook you can get alot better odds also and they cater to players in the united states.

CASHED!...Hey Pat...drop by for some more winners ...odds dropped because people started betting against James Blake and books adjusted the lines...US bettors are limited in some ways in tennis matches available and prices but bookmaker does carry all main matches and ,if early, you can get a good line..

                                  Marc Gicquel +135
James Blake is getting the heavier favorite's tag after winning his first match on clay yesterday against home-standing Frederico Gil. I'll pay to see if Blake can win two in a row in the midst of a horrible start to his 2009 season on pretty much all surfaces. Gicquel's serve was unbreakable in his Round 1 match and if he brings that again vs. Blake, he's got a solid shot. This one comes down to the serve as both guys can dominate with their serve or flat out blow the match with it.

Doesn't look like it will pan out. Gicquel had a shot, but lost the tie break in the 1st set and lost a breaker here in the 2nd.

I've been tailing James Blake the last few days, to great results.

People keep fading him, resulting in generous lines.
