Pennetta will destroy Vinci. Serves a ton better and has more depth and punch on groundstrokes. Also a bit of a let down coming for Vinci. Serena gave her the match. Choked like a dog on a bone.

she forced Serena into losing.. if you don't believe that
watch the match again. Shot placement, aggravation, spin,
Vinci is an unorthodox player. Every backhand she hits has big spin on it
then you had those lobs and net approaches .. she sucks you in then
hits the back.. she'll tap the baseline then hit a drop shot.. it's a lot to keep
up with.. too much for Serena today because Serena rarely plays someone
with as much craftiness. That's why Vinci is one of the best doubles players

Did you watch the last two games? Serena was in a coma. Gave it away. Pennetta knows Vinci's game well and will hit a ton of winners off of that short slice and also the second serve at 72 mph.Comment -
Williams saw her unforced errors increase as the match went on. In winning the first set 6-2, she made eight unforced errors, but then made 13 in the second set followed by 19 in the third.
