Only you can answer that. Ibe rebounded from real bad $ management in one day and I have also spiraled into bad places for several months where I lost very large sums of money.

Once you mentally move past it though, it's like it never happened for me. Just erase what was as you can look at it like it never really existed if you are posting up.

Current bankroll is what it is, adjust gets accordingly and move forward. If you track bets, start a clean sheet and merge it later. If you don't track bets, start now.

And don't bet the rest of the day.
