LAKER_CRAZY'S ONE TENNIS PLAY FOR TODAY
1) Fernando Verdasco Vs Stainlas Wawrinka ( Pick Fernando Verdasco + 5.5 @ -120) : After a profitable outing yesterday,i am going to be going ahead with this play as i see some value in it. Today we have Verdasco going up again wawrinka in what promises to be a good match up,Verdasco is coming off a tough 5 set win over thiem whereas wawrinka has had it pretty easy against estrella burgos, My reason for backing verdasco is again on the fact that he does possess a good serve and i believe on grass that is as potent weapon as one can have as it helps you in holding your service games with relative ease and putting pressure on your opponent's. Having said that wawrinka has been in top form and himself serves pretty well,this will be an interesting match up to see which one of these two guys returns better.
All three meetings between these two have been on clay,the last one dating back in 2012,and verdasco leads the head to head 2-1,but this is a different surface and although i do not see verdasco winning this match,i still believe that he will keep it close in this match and may be even take a set of wawrinka,some tie breaks cannot be ruled out. I am backing verdasco with the handicap here.
