I understand Cuevas is a clay court specialist but if you look at it Vanni is also somewhat in the challenger version.
Souza was no slouch and he took him down.

Yeah one of those things where the guys with the experience just wait for their chance and pounce. Not that Vanni isn't experienced at 29 or 30 years old, but not in this type of situation as much as a guy like Cuevas. See if he closes it out. 2nd set will be interesting if it ends 6-4 here. That's the spot where the pressure will amp on Vanni and the 2nd set might get away from him.
