No, two different things.

Djokovic +2.5 means if djokovic loses by two sets or less your bet on this would win.

over 3.5 sets means that your betting on there to be a total of 4 sets or more in the game.

Not sure if this helps, but I hope so.

First one is the whole match going at least 4 sets. Second one is Djokovic winning at least a set.

what he is asking is, 1 of these cant win without the other winning.......which is incorrect, if djoko wins 3-0 then the over 3.5 sets losses, while the djoko plus 2.5sets win.... this is the only way 1 of these props can win without the other winning.......
