* I like Mannarino to grind down Lopez today... Lopez is a bit older and may feel the fatigue from his previous match. Also Lopez has not been impressive early on so far this year... Kudla was serving for the match and choked. Mannarino has played well so far, and I think he takes lopez in 4 sets.

* Bachinger vs Niemo will be interesting... I give the edge to Bachinger due to "form" the past few weeks. While Niemo has won recently, he's struggled in most of his matches. He beat Golubev, but golubev was his usuall self. Bachinger in 4 or 5 sets possibly... There's extra incentive due to rank and cash for Bachinger. Win here would go a long ways towards atp 250's selections.

** also both the above players play well vs lefties.... Just wanted to clear up the fact that each player (Mannarino, and Bachinger) do not struggle vs opposing lefties.

*Lorenzi/Pospisil.

Lorenzi is a fighter. Pospisil is a mountain of emotions at times... Lorenzi is rested as well... I see 4 sets here minimum.

* while Cibulkova has won 6/7 meetings, she is in average form. Pironkova has been solid over the past two weeks. The line has Cibulkova @1.80... Seems like their begging for the public to hammer this line given the head to head and the fact Cibulkova made it deep here last year. I see Cibulkova going down today.

* Becker vs Rusty.... To be honest I see Becker in 4 sets at the Most.. While Hewitt is at home here, I just do t see him winning this matchup. Becker has looked pretty sharp this past 4 or 5 months. I think at his age he's trying to get the most out of his final few years. I expect the public to also hammer Hewitt again

weird how everything was "easy" until you actually posted before the matches started, then all a sudden you go from being perfect to 0-2. btw hewitt and aza were super easy! cant believe you were on the wrong side of those no brainer easy plays!!
