Gamebookers cancelled completely fair and winning bet

    Gamebookers cancelled completely fair and winning bet
    I bet on game Toronto Croatia - London City (Canadian soccer league) over 2.5 goals. the final score of the game was 3-0, but gamebookers cancelled my bets claiming that I placed my bet after the goal for 3-0 was scored since they did not closed market after the goal was scored. But this is not true. I placed my bet a few minutes before that goal and it is not my fault that they forgot to close the market after the goal. How can the bookie just cancel all the bets after they made mistake, not just the bets which were placed after the goal was scored, but even those which were rightfull placed?

      I forgot to mention it but at the same time i placed a bet on same event on another sportbet and they evaluate my bet correctly since it was placed before the goal was scored. That proves that only gamebookers evaluated my bet wrongly and claim that the bet was bet after the goal was scored. Actually they choose the easiest way and evaluated all the bets as placed after the goal since they forgot to close market. I don't know anymore what to do to persuade them to pay out my winning. Any suggestions?

          I recently read that Toronto Croatia are/were being investigated for match fixing.Maybe this has something to do with your bet being cancelled ?

              File a complaint and SBR will look into it for you.

                  gamebookers/bwin and their skins always do these kind of bullshits . They always close market 3-4 seconds after the goal has been scored . I remember once, i placed under 1.5 goal when it was 0-0 . While the bet was placing ,agoal was scored ,the result changed from 0-0 to 1-0 , but the market continued to remain opened for 3-4 sec.                   I have also attached an image . It is Almeria - Cordoba . Cordoba has just tied 1-1 ,but the market is still opened and shows over - under 1.5 , meanwhile current result is 1-1 .

                      If you bet Under , the bet stands. ( my case)
                      If you bet Over , the bet will be voided . (your case)
