#107once a thief always a thieft, they never intended to pay any of their prior victims, just looking for sbr to silence critics through any means necessary...
on a totally unrelated note: if you want to see a magic trick, bump one of your old factual threads on wagerweb and their crooked behaviour then watch the thread disappear in real timeComment -

#108Trixtrix,
Replying saying "bump" repeatedly and literally nothing else manipulates the forum; all readers see this thread, you don't have to force it.Comment -

#109Smoke_O,
As you know, the suggested next step was to contact your bank. The issue with having third parties calling SBR office pretending to be you is that we don't know if you are the one really hearing our suggestions. If you have access to the email that filed the SBR complaint, you'd see the messages from us.
If you can't find them, email help@SportsbookReview.com.Comment -

#110putting me on post-restrictions and slow-mo just b/c i'm telling the truths about a crap book you're trying to secretly sneak into the backdoor, what do you call that type of behaviour: manipulation?
that thread was bumped every few weeks to ever few months, one single thread, i never spam the board and never bumped in a daily basis, the reason i do it is b/c it can float to the front for the newbies who just check first first few pages of threads.. don't act all innocent, read through this thread http://forum.sbrforum.com/sportsbook...-anything.html from page 1 until the end
you will see my bumps comes at most every few weeks and single bump per day, and that was allowed for 2 years, additionally, past/current sbr_mods have consistently thanked me for bumping the thread so that newbies can be aware, it was only until a few weeks ago when sbr started endorsing wagerweb that my ability to bump my threads have been cut.
if this has nothing to do at all w/ wagerweb: then why was i never given warning, and even encouraged to bump the thread on a regular basis? why was i able to bump it for 2 years? why did prev/current sbr_mods personally came into my thread and thanked me for reminding them about the case repeatedly?Comment -

#111trixtrix,
Nobody is stopping or censoring you from posting. Just actually post. Like you just did above, with your SBR is endorsing D+ rated WagerWeb post, it's a conspiracy, everyone is out to get you, your account is severely limited yet you're somehow still posting etc etc. That's fine, do one of those every day and just leave the "bump", "bump", "bump" out.Comment -

#112i used bumps b/c your server all of a sudden kicks me during long posts.. which of course is not a restriction of any kind..
ps: if you take me off the sbr sprecial slo-mode, i can take a glance at the thread, b/c i'm relatively certain there were several instances when i forgot to bump the thread for a significant mount of time, and one of the then-on-the-run sbr_mod would pop in and bump it for me..
so what changed between then and now? you act like you have something to hide..Comment -

As you know, the suggested next step was to contact your bank. The issue with having third parties calling SBR office pretending to be you is that we don't know if you are the one really hearing our suggestions. If you have access to the email that filed the SBR complaint, you'd see the messages from us.
If you can't find them, email help@SportsbookReview.com.
Also you said I should check my email account and I see that I sent you an email last week (again, with my email account on file with Wagerweb) and have not heard back from you. So what is really the issue Lou? Is it my email account, my identity, my 3rd party bank (which I can not contact), or is it something else? Please all of this chatter and nothing is being solved. Suggest something instead of accusing and I can move forward in getting YOU what you need.
Also...I emailed Justin7 last week and he responded. Thats the same email address you and I have talked with. So I am the person that has contacted you on my issue...in case you think I am some phantom.
edit: In regards to my bank, the funds NEVER made it to my bank. If it ever was sent, it was stopped by the intermediary bank which my bank has no contact with. So my bank has no clue of a transfer to me. The intermediary bank is sort of like customs for wire transfers. If its frozen...that information never gets to my bank. We spoke about this in the past. So contacting my bank is useless. I have talked to countless people at my branch on this. You can go to your local bank and ask them the same and they will tell you.Last edited by Smoke_O; 10-06-12, 01:23 PM.Comment -

#114Lou how about this....you get the banking information from Wagerweb's end. You and I can set up a 3 way call and I will contact my bank and speak with a rep. You can then ask them any question regarding the transfer and you can hear from the horses mouth what they say. SBR is suppose to be here to help, sp lets be pro-active in coming to a solution instead of beating a dead horse. You have my telephone number, you have my email account. I can video tape me entering my email account and show you old emails FROM Wagerweb dating back to 2009 and old ad emails from Marcel to my account. So the issue of email addresses can be put to rest as soon as you want it to be. Just tell me what to do and its DONE.Comment -

#115Lou a couple of weeks ago WW said they would provide proof on the missing wire. Did they? I agree in part with the player on the wire detail with respect that the sender is the one that can get proof that the funds left the intermediary bank or didn't as the case may be. The line in the sand is the intermediary bank. If the funds have been sent from the intermediary bank to the player then it tends to be the player's problem. The reason is generally the sender has control of the funds up to the point it leaves the intermediary bank. The receiver or his bank has control of the funds once they leave the intermediary bank. I used the word "generally" because there are rare instances where a auditor, bank official or government can recall or freeze a transaction.
If WW can not provide proof that the funds were sent from the intermediary to the receivers bank then they need to pay him. There is no need to see any records of the receiver. WW should provide a photocopy of the trace if they are claiming the intermediary bank sent the funds to the receiver's bank. That way the receiver could run a trace on his end. To summarize either pay the player or send a copy of the trace showing the funds left the intermediary bank and were sent to the receivers bank.Comment -

#1169.) Now onto wagerweb's scheming ways that have absolutely nothing to do with the issue of allow cps at hand:
a.) what happened to my 1,732$ on my account after the initial confiscation, they even were allowing me to withdraw the amount, but the moment I brought the case to public scrutiny, they froze my and my balance. So no matter WHAT their argument is, they have no right to steal my remaining funds in their acct, so where is the 1,732$ of my funds that has nothing even to do with the argument at hand?
b.) How much do they admit to losing to me NET in cps over 2-3 months? They confiscated 9,578.60$, but when me and you went over the logs the net win was only $4302, so how can they back up the 9,578.60$ confiscation justification for NET cp winnings or not?, if so show us the proof/logs. If not, then where is the additional $5276.6 (9,578.60$ confiscated - $4302 actual net cp win) of my funds they stole? Which also have nothing to with the argument at hand, it's pure an accounting error on their part.
c.) Whatever happened to the 4k+ partial payment OSGA brokered for me and wagerweb, and which dan agreed to? I even have the email proof that he agreed to the amount will be sending it out shortly. Where are those funds? Those also have nothing to w/ the issues at hand (which as I understand it is about software glitches)
In the end, these additional sums they stole from my account never had anything to do with cps, they just did not want to pay it. So again, it's a book's credibility when making a payment.Comment -

#117Trixtrix, it is unfortunate you ran into this situation. I believe there is another fellow with a banking dispute, but over the last few years it seems that everyone is getting paid. To my knowledge, there hasn't been any further complaints.Comment -

#118So what exactly was the upgrade for?
Their software has always been exactly as trix describes. They block certain level of CP (as do all books). If they set it to take certain bets, they should pay it.
If I recall right these parlays were not as john would say "angle shooting", rather very small edges that can easily lose(that may not even beat the vig). Some A+ books like the greek take them.Comment -

#129A few scattered have been making these exact comments for a dozen years. We haven't changed and neither have the scattered few. BOL is not an A book but certainly a good B book, Bwin? too low or too high? Wagerweb too low or too high? they are a D book about as low as it gets so I suppose you think they are rated too loow? Heritage was rated #3 in the world by you guys, the posters and 5Dimes was rated #1 by you guys without a close 2nd. Do you think they are rated too low? They are already at the highest level.Comment -

#130Sbr_John,
Unfortunately the voting system isn't actually indicative of anything relevant to my point. I could care less wat the mouth breathers who pay your bills are voting for.
Sbr has repeatably taken positions that show a significant lack of objectivity when dealing with TEAM/sponsored books. All the books i mentioned are books that get an official SBR pass whenever possible.
Bwin B- : Does not even discuss disputes with SBR or anyone for that matter... how can they be rated B- when they have no over site to their decisions.
Wagerweb: getting an upgrade from you guys considering all the lies and decepit... obv on the take
5dimes: wow retroactively going against their own rules and then supported by SBR shocker
Heritage: lol corey situation considering the ezstreet results/thread. lol sbr again
Betonline. lol B book they have 2 payout options and slow play everyone on the regular. lolololol B
SBR is losing credibilty by the day but no one seems to care as long as you guys are getting paid. Enjoy it while it lasts, people are starting to see what a load of bs your rating system is.Comment -

#135one of wagerweb's affiliate manager did reach out to me a few weeks ago and offered me to settle for less than 50% of what i'm fully owed, i said i'll think it over, but i don't really see a pt to further any discussion that does not involve a full and prompt full payment of the total amount (11k+ that i'm owed) (this is not taken into consideration the amount of time i have vested in bringing the theft to public and be forced to defend my full integrity and honesty, and the theoretic interest gain i would have made in 4 years assuming i received the full 11.3k+ at the time of the theft)
plus i was on vacation for 2 weeks then got ko'd by the flu for the next two, so i do still owe the aff manager a reply but i'm not rushing to it. here's my question to sbr and all of public, if they only give me a partial payment, does the true (by that i mean OBJECTIVE sbr community) consider this matter "closed"?
i did do some research and i do have some info for marty, a bit surprising his stance on this since vip/nine also knixed my limits there after i beat them out of 5 digits in one day on cps, of course they PAID the FULL amount and 500$ unearned 250% reload bonus on top, ironically at the time he was working there i believe. so i'm a bit baffled why he not up to date on "industry standards" or protocol when it comes to dealing w/ aps.Comment -
