Given a bad W U name by Heritage an hour ago
Had to go back and re-send
Heritage compensated me with a $100.00 FP with no rollover for my being inconvenienced
Was not looking for anything in compensation and would of much rather been given a correct name the first time but nice move on there part to make me feel like a valued customer
