Okay, Heritage has come through with a thorough explanation as to why WE had this misunderstanding.
I will pass on our conversation and allow members to see why they are innocent of any thoughts of deceit.
I will apologize for this mess carrying on so long, but Heritage is also responsible for not explaining...well, hopefully, you'll see.

Happy to review this with you further if you think you require more clarification.
If we can't seem to satisfy you, I'm happy to send you your balance after you've met rollover requirements at our cost.

Okay, after an explanation today, you still seem to be missing the major point. How you could, I don't know?
Their are members stating that they have had you cover their dep. fees, if they deposited 300 or more.
Well, when you didn't pay mine last Friday, I was dumbfounded. Now, if you didn't pay for the fees, surely you have an explanation?
Since you didn't pay the 20% bonus on those fees-now this isn't the major issue I have--why not pay the 20% all the entire deposit? That's all out of my pocket.
Like I said, that's not the major issue, but I do find it ridiculous.
You need to address the SBR members, or at least the supervisors, and explain to them why you didn't have to pay my fees on that 694 dep.? If you're playing some SBR members their fees, how do you explain that?
Maybe you have an explanation, but I am sure several people need to hear it, including me?
I like dealing up front with people and I expect from them to deal with me the with the same courtesy.

You were credited your deposit at 4:31pm in the amount of 694.73, also at 4:31pm you were credited with the fee of 56.00, all on 9/7/12.
Why are you saying you weren't credited your fees? You were! Your bonus was credited on 9/9/12 in the amount of 138.95 . This was the bonus on your deposit amount (not the fee portion). We have NEVER provided the bonus on the fees portion of anyones deposit.
My offer stands and if you choose to withdraw your balance, we are happy to send it at our cost.
I don't think this needs a forum explanation as it appears pretty clear to almost everyone and has never been an issue with any other customer that I recall in the 8+ years that I have been with this company.[/QUOTE]
ABE:
Ok, I see your explanation and it makes good sense. However, when some agent of yours states "we don't pay the fees," that is where we had the misunderstanding.
The correct wording, then, would be, we cover your fees by adding it to your balance.
That statement above "we don't pay for your fees," was the reason for this misunderstanding. I must have overlooked where you did " fees credit"? But it could have easy been explained if someone had addressed it in that manner early on.
So, the end result is, you are innocent of NOT paying the fees, if indeed this is the routine manner you do the deposits? I called several times to try to clear this up, if you can see, and your chat people had no clue, evidently, what was going on with the fee problem?
I will insert an SBR thread with your explanation, but I hope you'll understand, when someone states "We don't pay for fees," that is misleading. Whoever stated that, did not comeback and say, we add it to your balance, though.
And yes, I was disappointed with that rebate, or refund rule. It seemed to be a bit deceiving. You must match it with a dep. and a rollover. Also, I could not take the 20% deposit match, and also get the [111] I would have had coming, right?
I truly believe--maybe your agents, or supervision, were way too busy--, one email explaining the misunderstanding, would have saved a lot of worry and time.
One more question about your service:
Do you offer a different program to any special members of Heritage? I mean, different software, like faster, or a better deposits % for more qualified members?
You once [last year] had great software. You'd go in an make a quick buy and it moved fast. Now, you have changed your sports software to a far less quality service for wagerers. What was the reason for that, if I may ask?
*I will apologize for any responsible part of mine in this apparent, misunderstanding.
Thank you, ABE
