so a push is a loss? lol
    hi guys,
i am currently at BetOnline and today i played a 4 team 13 pt teaser on the nfl.
    i bet 1300 to win 1000
anyways 3/4 teams won and GB loss by 8. i had them at +8. but it was grade as a loss, to my utter shock!!!
at other books i would have won the wager but gotten a lesser amount. why is it a loss at betonline??
    doesnt seem right.

      Super teasers ties = loss

Regular teasers usually moved to lower teaser payout

Looks like you had the super

Their Teaser Payout table isnt very clear, it does have 13pts teasers under "Special Teasers" and then goes on to talk about 21pt super teasers, where a push counts as a loss - but doesnt specify whether 10 + 13pt teasers are classified as super teasers or not:

          Special Teasers

Betting players may come across the opportunity to enjoy enormous football teasers, where the lines may be moved to their advantage by either 10 or 13 points. The handicapping decisions that you make may now have a comfortable margin of error.
          21-POINT TEASERS

          Football 21pt Teasers </SPAN>
          3 Teams</SPAN> 10 to 150
          4 Teams</SPAN> 10 to 75
          5 Teams</SPAN> 10 to 50
          6 Teams</SPAN> 10 to 35
          7 Teams 10 to 30
          8 Teams 10 to 25
          9 Teams 10 to 20
          10 Teams 10 to 17
          NOTES:
In standard 21-point Super Teasers, ties result in a loss.
No totals are allowed in 21-point Super Teasers.
No open spots are allowed in 21-point Super Teasers.
In our 21-point Super Teasers, you may not tease both sides of a line. For example, if Team A is -23.5 vs. Team B, you may not tease Team A to -2. and Team B to +44.5 within the same teaser.
NOTES: In the event that a three-or-more-team pleasers results in a tie, it would reduce the wager to the next lowest payoff. For example, a four-team pleaser would become a three-team pleaser, and a three-team pleaser would become a two-team pleaser. For wagering purposes, two-team pleasers where there is a tie-win or tie-tie would result in no action, while a tie-loss will result in a loss.
The chart below has details on open slots allowed in standard Pleasers:

The rule could definitely be clearer, but this is how they handle the super/special teasers. Each sportsbook deals with these differently.

We will address the clarity of the teaser ties/special rule with management.
