    Legends is a Joke!
I put 1000 into my account a week ago, and I was able to turn that into over 8000. Now I wanna take 7 Gs out. As Lee Corso would say, "Not so fast my friend." After arguing for 15 minutes with a lady who says I haven't met my rollover quota (obviously I met my 5x rollover...look at my freakin account balance versus what I deposited), she finally realized that she was wrong, and she said that she was going to issue me the maximum of a 2500 payout via cashier's check. Ok great. Since I now live in Washington state, she told me that I had to I send them documentation that verifies my new residency. Ok fair enough. I scan my driver's license and email it to them.

2 hours later...I decide that I want to get 2 more cashier's checks even though it will cost me a ridiculous additional fee of $55 per check because I want to preserve my winnings. So I call back to request 2 new more checks only to be told that my initial cashier's check has been canceled because I live in Washington. Wait...what? When were they planning on telling me that my check had been canceled? I guess they were unaware that I have yet to attain my Master's degree in telepathy.

So this limits me to 2 payout options: ** or **********. So what are the maximum withdraw amounts and fees for ** and **? Maximum withdraw from ** is $1500 with over $100 fees (I think it was closer to 120 if I remember correctly). ********** was like maximum of $800 with like 80 somethin dollar fees.

So if I want to take out my money, it's gonna cost me over $600 in fees? I guess I should just bend over and grab my ankles for these guys while they Shawshank Redemption my a$$. A+ rating? Haha, that's a good one. I guess the joke's on me.

Yeah. Not exactly sure why they are an A+ book. Really not even close to a bookmaker or 5 dimes, dsi. Generic

Don't forget guys saftey is something they consider in ratings. Legends has been around for a while and been paying "well" for a while. That is key, even though you don't want to pay the fees that doesn't mean they become a shit book. It means you didn't do your due-dilligence before joining their business.

So apparently poor customer service and high fees equate to a great book for FreeFall. That's fine that they want to try and take away my $400 bonus by saying I didn't meet my rollover. That's fine that they want to initially grant me a 2500 cashier's check only to cancel it behind my back and not inform me about it. That's fine they want to charge me outrageous fees for their P2P transfers when they don't mention those fees anywhere on their website. These are all signs of an A+ book so far.

Why can't they just be straight up on their site and indicate what their fees are for all their payment options? Why do they cap how much you can withdraw in one payment method? They had no problem taking 1000 from me with P2P transfer but getting money back from them USING THE SAME METHOD I can only get 800. Yeah, that makes perfect sense.

Sorry, I'm new to this concept of A+ books screwing over their customers. I told my buddy about the 40% cash bonus they had going on so he called to make a deposit only to be told he wasn't eligible because he withdrew money from them in the past (he's in the red overall with the book). Where is the logic there? How come they don't post these obscure "rules" on their website? Is it because the backbone of the book is based on deception?

So please let us all hold hands and praise what a great, trustworthy book this is.

You failed to read my point and view it for it's help.

You also are self-centered and turned my point into your problem/argument.

Probably not the smartest way to get my help.

That was supposed to be helpful? Saying that it's my fault by not doing my due diligence and calling me a self-centered, bitchy woman? Yeah real classy.

Here's a crazy concept. How about not posting in here unless you have something of REAL value to add...like suggestions on how to get my money out of there without getting raped for unwarranted fees.

If you're just looking to show how much of a prick you can be, well congratulations...you succeeded. Now run along and go try and "help" some other people. I don't think I can handle anymore of your genuine, good-natured assistance.

Wow, why don't they send checks to Washington?

Those fees are ridiculous. Does their website say they don't send checks to Washington?

Seems this could have been avoided. Maybe next time read what withdraw fees are BEFORE you make a deposit. Clearly states $55 for checks and well with ******* that was copy/pasted above.

Edit- Its pretty standard at all books p2p withdraw fees are around 10%

Yeah I admit, I should have paid more attention to the payout structure on a state by state basis. When I originally made the account, I lived in CA. I never even thought to look at the withdraw structure when I moved to WA because why would it even matter? It's illegal to bet on sports in all states except Nevada (correct me if I'm wrong), and if I can deposit $1000 from Washington with a P2P method, then why am I restricted to only receiving $800 Max in return for the same payment method? It just doesn't make sense to me. It seems like some don't agree with my logic though because obviously there is a lot of opposition to my complaint.

And yes, on the site they state the following regarding cashier's checks, "Legends reserves the right to restrict this option to the following places: Washington, DC, Hawaii and Maryland." So really they are in the right here.

What I didn't appreciate is how they handled the whole situation. It's wrong to try and screw someone out of their rollover bonus, and it's wrong to say they will issue me a 2500 check (when I had just told them I lived in Washington) only to cancel it without telling me. For a place that gets such highly regarded customer service, I expected better.

And then to find out about these outrageous P2P fees was just made me want to go postal. Maybe you guys are cool with it, but I think most people would be pretty pissed to find out that they have to pay $600+ fees to take out their money. It just doesn't seem right. Don't really know what to do about it all so I could use some actual suggestions. Not just people saying, "You should have known better." Can't change the past guys. Just looking for ideas on how to get my money out for a reasonable price. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Good luck with the upcoming football season everyone. I plan on making some real posts about my predicted winners in the near future (that could be good or bad haha). I'm in this to make money, not complain about bullshit fees. The only reason I've resorted to using Legends is because my bookie cut me off after I went on a hot streak last baseball season. Online sports betting is a lot different now than when I really used to do it (I used to use ******* to fund intertops back in the day...then George W signed some bill, and I pretty much left the scene). Anyway, thanks for all the input so far, and please let me know if you have any ideas regarding this payout situation.

Poker...thanks for the suggestion. No family down there, but I have some trusted friends who would definitely be able to help me out if Legends was willing to accommodate. Will see if they'd be willing to pull some strings.
