Man the service has gone down so much. It is ridiculous. I made a measly $50 deposit via ** to throw on a parlay tonight for a sweat. The name they give me has 2 First names and 2 last names. I fill out the form using 1 first name and 2 last names. Now they are rejecting the deposit and asking me to call ** to sort it out. I ask them if they will credit the deposit so I can get this play in I want while I call ** to sort it out. And they won't honor the request. They use to be the best with this sort of thing. Now they don't give a shit about the player. Bet Islands customer service > Heritage. It's not even close.

Lets say your name was John Smith, and someone sent money to a Josh Smith.. do you think ** would let you pick this up? No way... How is this any different? If the person has 4 names, you have to send using all 4 names.. thats how it is and always will be....

And your mad that Heritage won't let you bet on credit? Gimme a break. Its just as easy for you to cancel the transaction after your parlay looks like its going to lose, and Heritage would be out 50 dollars.

Heritage has the best CS in the industry hands down. Don't get mad at them if you can't comprehend or filling out a form is a difficult task for you. Heritage doesn't need players like you.

How many deposits have you made in the last 30 days?

All things I would look at to consider letting the deposit go in early.
