Problem with BetCris! Need SBR help!

Hello! Near 2 month ago I try withdraw money from sportsbetting via wire. I wait few weeks and then cancel wire and withdraw funds viatransfer funds to Betcris. Before request transfer to betcris I read all rulesposted at betcris site. I transfer $7784 with fee $250 from sportsbetting. When Transfer was complete betcris tell methat if I want withdraw my money I need complete 3 times roll over ($23352). My answer was: “Before transfer money to you I read rulespage and don’t find info about 3 times roll over. If You have this info inrules page I never deposit to you. I pay fee for this deposit $250, don’t getany bonus and you want I make a roll over like I get a bonus! (at betcris rulespage I only find that 3 times roll over only for 10% reload bonus) Betcrisanswer confirm that there is no info at betcris site that I need complete 3times roll over –“ It is not shown on the website sir.”Sportsbook in there are work follow there are own rules and I don’t understandhow its possible for sportbook ask from player something that not stated atrules page?! When I make deposit I agree for betcris rules, but I don’t agreefor 3 times roll over. Its normal that customer need roll over amount ofdeposit 1 time! I understand that betcris is sponsor of SBR, but I ask help me withdraw my money after 1 time rollover.<o></o>

Hi Elena,

Processing is the most costly part of operating for sportsbooks now. I'm sorry to say that there probably isn't anything we can do. It's been 3x for about a year. If it wasn't CRIS would just be a clearinghouse for Sportsbetting.com. Transfers are for people who still want to bet and 1x wouldn't cover their cost to send it to you.

If you saw on the website it said 1x or someone from CRIS told you 1x we can work it out with them. We can't argue on your behalf if you didnt ask in advance and aren't happy with the terms.

Before make this deposit I spend few hours to read BetCris rules and when make this deposit agree for rules posted at BetCris site. I agree make normal 1 time roll over and there is no reasons for 3 times roll over! 3 times roll over have 10% reload bonus for witch BetCris cover deposit fee! I am happy with BetCris rules and I want sportbook follow there are own rules! BetCris have no free pay outs and when I want request a withderaw after 1 time roll over. I will pay $100 for $8000 pay out via moneybookers. This $100 is cover fee for withdraw, actally moneybookers will charge BetCris for near $1 to sent me this funds! I'm going to be blunt and say that live chat you had should have happened prior to moving 8 Gs to them. You have to remember this isn't Ladbrokes and Betfair. They don't take hardly any moneybookers in on deposit. If they did it the way you expect, all these books would have players transferring to CRIS depleting their balance and requiring them to send money to their merchant moneybookers. Players would make 1 big tennis arb and fire at moneybookers account which costs what, 3%? From a business perspective, servicing players like this makes no sense to BetCRIS.

The same reason why you are so upset about having to bet is the reason it's 3x rollover...you just want to use them as a clearing house and don't want to use them as a bookie. You didnt move your money there because you wanted to get 8k on a game at CRIS, you did it because you wanted to get 8k in your moneybookers.

I do understand where you are coming from. You probably have been trying to do things the right way and checking rules line by line for the fastest route to get your money out of the Caribbean and in an e-wallet. If there was anything alluding to a 1x roll, we'd be happy to get this to mgt. I can tell you the b2b thing is pretty concrete. GL on your plays.
