Bwin don't recognize my wining bet 12 hours

My wining bet on yesterday soccer match Swiss 2.league Chiasso-Bellinzona is still open at Bwin after 12 hours of match end.
Is not much money but that is not OK.On result 2:1 I have put 60e on over 3,5 with odds 1,53.After 5,6 minutes goal is scored,but my bet is still open.At end of the mach final score was 3:2
I have contact Bwin support but not answer for now...first time to have problem with Bwin but must say don't play often there

I am afraid that it will be canceled ,if they don't grade it within 12 hours,that is a bad sign ..At least that has happened to me .

No,bet is valid and paid but I'm banned.I can just put 5e on every bet...I have hear very much negative about bwin scum but now I have it...It's not a problem they a scum anyware...F(*&(^ YOU BWIN

Bwin is probably the slowest euro book when it comes to limiting players, very good because of that but notorious for bad voiding.If you are limited at Bwin you can try their clones Betoto,Gamebookers and Partybets.

Yes, that's true about limiting .They are one of the slowest to limit ,they let you play at least 2 months . Betoto is allowed only from greece and cyprus . THe others gb/partybet are available .
