Hi,

Im having major issues with William Hill.I've been a member there for 4 and a half years.

Their system faulted and accepted an incorrect bet for which they are taking no responsibility.I have went down the relevant route(IBAS) and filled in a complaint form here.

Now they have closed my account,refuse to answer emails,and when I give my details in live chat they immedietely terminate the chat.

So from my point of view,they steal my money and when I make complaints against them they close my account and refuse to communicate.

How can they do this !?

I am still in contact with them but with no result and nothing, they refuse to give my 1081 EUR

Tennis Pro,I only opened my account here today.Like I said in the post i've been a member of WH for years.The amount was only £150 and they obviously didnt like my threats with IBAS and potentially further action for theft so they closed my account and now dont communicate.I had no issues with them prior to this.

Update:- Having spoke with a person with more authority within the company my issues has now been sorted.Like I said in the original post I have been a member here for over 4 years and I had no issues.

So please be aware this is of course a very well respected company within the UK and indeed worldwide and people can enjoy playing on this site.
