    5D Customer Service has been GREAT!
    The folks there have been on their game. I normally do not have any issues but when I have the occasional grading miscue 1 quick phone call takes care of it instantly.

    The team totals and game total was graded wrong on the dodgers/giants game tonight and it was handled professionally and promptly.

    Had a misgrade on a Breeders Cup race last year on 5D. Called them up and they rectified it within minutes. Know they have a suspect rep when it comes to CS, but have not had any serious issues in the past year that I have been posting up at 5D.

      Just wait till you have something come up where there is any gray area, you'll both change your mind. I actually wrote a post wondering why people were always bitching about 5D customer service (basically sticking up for them) and saying they had always treated me well. Someone told me, what I am telling you, I blew it off and sure as hell a couple weeks later I ran into an issue and low and behold the customer service, which had always been good was not only bad but actually rude, disrespectful, confrontational, etc. and it came from more than one representative. All I can say is there aren't so many negative comments on this site for their customer service for no reason, you just have to hit a bump in the road before you see it. Tony won't make changes and they are getting worse IMHO because they have US players by the balls and have close to a monopoly in a certain sense.
