5Dimes - Not honoring bonus programs for winning players?
I'm a little confused, but this is the convo I had with a rep today when wanting to switch my bonus program from '30% super saver' to the 'point mover' program.

GimpedMaster: as of right now, are there no deposit bonuses if you are in one of these programs?
Gio: that one will be your bonus program
Gio: and no other bonuses will be allowed
GimpedMaster: if i switch to a straight cash bonus program what are you running right now for reloads?
Gio: we have no straight cash bonuses
GimpedMaster: ok, can you switch me to the point mover program please
Gio: Can you please confirm your account number and password?
    GimpedMaster: account number is xxxxxxxxx
    GimpedMaster: password xxxxxxx
Gio: any way, your account is not eligible to switch to a different program,
    GimpedMaster: why is that
Gio: "Redemptions must be covered or exceeded with deposits in order to be allowed a Reward Program switch of your account."
Gio: and you have took out $2500 recently
GimpedMaster: i dont understand that line at all, how does that relate to me
Gio: you have took out $2500
Gio: you wont be eligible for bonuses until you deposit it all back
GimpedMaster: well in the total win/loss column, i lost several thousands of dollars on 5dimes last year
GimpedMaster: i just so happened to finish with a win and a withdrawal, and now it sounds like I'm going to be punished for it
    Gio: no punished
    Gio: but no longer helped
GimpedMaster: again i wagered huge money on 5dimes last year, if this doesn't get changed, it wouldn't make sense for me to continue with 5d when there are so many other bonus programs out there
Gio: our bonus programs are designed to help our customers that have lost money
Gio: but you are no longer losing
    GimpedMaster: overall i am...
Gio: so our benefits are no longer needed
    GimpedMaster: lol!

So if I'm not mistaken, it would be foolish to keep playing on 5Dimes for any winning player if they just strip your bonuses away?

I like the simplicity of 5Dimes but I'm not going to shoot myself in the foot just to keep playing there, is this common behavior to scare away a player based on one or two good runs (after ten bad ones)?

Lastly, since it looks like I'm moving books, who has the best football teaser programs and/or bonuses for US players right now?

Glad you made this post, I just created a 5Dimes account the other day and funded it and was thinking of switching to the point mover program since I like to buy points and play teasers. I created a thread on that and everybody told me to stick to the reduced juice lines, but most people that recommended that probably place straight wagers most of the time which I do not. But from reading your post, I could always switch back to reduced juice as long as I don't have any withdrawals.

It's kind of a stupid policy that if you withdraw any money from your 5Dimes account, you will have to deposit it back to be eligible for a reward program switch, even if you are a losing player. Dumb rule, but it is in their terms here (http://www.5dimes.eu/PopUpsFromRewar...wardrules.html)

I would go onto live chat again and ask to speak to a manager or somebody higher up and tell them you are an overall losing player and would just like to switch reward programs, they'll probably still deny you but worth a shot eh?

For another book with good looking promotions, I would look at Heritage (http://www.heritagesports.eu/pr_promotions.asp), they are advertising, "We will be launching a teaser payout table that is tops in the business" according to this link (http://www.heritagesports.eu/pr_promo_teasers.asp) nothing is listed yet but suppose to come out soon.
