Basically 5Dimes has this promotion where if you lose your deposit within 24 hours then you can request a casino bonus. I lost my deposit within 24 hours, but they wouldn't credit it because i didn't REQUEST IT within 24 hours. Yeah I know it's the rules. So flame me if you want. I just think it's poor customer service. I literally was only a few hours after the 24 hour rule.
Funny part is it's basically impossible to meet the ridiculous rollover on the bonus and I would have lost anyway. It's just fun to play and I'm annoyed.
