    I can't withdraw my money from 10bet
    I requested $1526.04 withdrawal.

But 10bet send email and said "Players from Japan must roll over the deposit
and bonus amount 5 times before you can withdraw winnings."

My deposit total is $648.75 and winings is $877.29.
I made first $50 deposit using "50% Welcom bonus($25)" and made another $598.75(not using bonus).

    I checked 10bet's rule.
I think the roll-over requirement is only applied to first deposit($50) and bonus($25).
So the roll-over requirement is $375.
And I have already achieved the requirement.

    I wrote the SBR сomplaint.
My withdrawal is still pending. Can I withdraw all of my money?

Check if you were betting asian handicap cause they dont count that in rollover, also check minimum odds of your bets.

Bet type of all of my bets is OutRight.
And I made amount of $483 bets which are met 10bet's roll over requirement(odds of 1.60 or higher).

Their rules are wired. Bets with your own money don't count for the rollover. They deem the bonus to be the last part of your balance. Ask them to explain.

Their rules are vicious and complex.
Only 50% of the bet is counted toward rollover.
So now I haven't met rollover.

I'm afraid that 10bet won't pay me back any money.
So I asked them "Can I withdraw $648.75(deposit) without cancel of winnings($877.29)?"
          Their answer was No.

Withdrawal of winnings is prohibited before rollover is completed in their rules.
But there are no mention for withdraw of deposit at all in Welcome bonus Terms & Conditions.
So I think I have right to withdraw $648.75(deposit) without cancel of winnings($877.29).

I hope that I withdraw $648.75(deposit) first then I continue to roll over using winnings($877.29).
I asked SBR to help about this.

I still dont understand why people play there.
There are a number of stories in many forums describing that 10bet's bonuses are designed in such a way, that player will eventually lose money, not to mention that accounts will be limited in bs.

I decided to restart rollover without withdrawal.
10bet said "You need to wager $300 to have all your funds withdrawable."

If I make small bets, for example $10*30times, I would not lose much money.
But I have still concern about their withdrawal fee to cover administrative costs.

                  10bet has following rule.
"10Bet may charge a withdrawal fee to cover administrative costs if your deposit is not rolled over at least 3 times."

Even after $300 wager, amount of my bets is not enough for the requirement above.
If someone has information about this withdrawal fee, please give me the information.

I will continue to report this trouble on this forum until I withdraw all of my money.

I wagered amount of $300 and I asked 10bet to make $25 bonus withdrawable.

10bet answered "you have 20USD left to roll in order to meet the bonus roll
                    over requirements".

10bet has a lot of tricks to block my rollover achievment.
10bet showed new rule that I couldn't find on 10bet's website.

10bet said "Please be informed that 2 of the bets that you have placed were
settled as draw. We would like to clarify that only bets settled as won or lost
                    count towards the roll over."

Reluctantly I palced another $20 bets.
My $20 bets will be settled 4 or 5 hours later.

I will continue to report this trouble on this forum until I withdraw all of my money.

My $20 bets were settled, and I asked 10bet to make $25 bonus withdrawable again.

10bet replied "Your request has been forwarded to the bonus department and will be
                      processed shortly."

It is doubtful that 10bet processes my request immediately.
When 10bet use the words "bonus department, shortly", it means that 10bet will not
                      process my request immediately.

I wait their answer for a while.

I will continue to report this trouble on this forum until I withdraw all of my money.

My bonus roll-over requirement has been canceled.
                        So now I can withdraw $1560.31(deposit($648.75)+winnings($886. 56)+bonus($25))

But I haven't met their following rules.
"10Bet may charge a withdrawal fee to cover administrative costs if your deposit is not rolled over at least 3 times"

I asked 10bet how much 10bet charges as a withdrawal fee.
According to 10bet's answer, they will charge a withdrawal fee of up to 8%,
and the withdrawal fees will be determined only upon a transaction requested.

                        8%($124.82) is huge. Almost scam.
But I made a withdrawal request because I don't want to play there any more.

I found the case that 10bet charged 5%($30) for $600 withdrawal on the internet.
But for now, I don't know how much the withdrawal fee is.

I will continue to report this trouble on this forum until I withdraw all of my money.

3 days have passed since I requested the withdrawal.
But the request is still pending.

10bet's transaction time for Neteller is 1 - 2 days.
It is stated on 10bet's website.

What I have seen here is one super paranoid poster. 10bet is solid C.

haha definitely not official advice but my tolerance for playing at books where it hurts your brain trying to understand their terms and betting rules is pretty low. I had actually looked at their site a few months back when another poster had trouble with their bonuses as I wanted to see what they offered Aussie residents. English is obviously my first language and even I was initially confused as to what I'd have to do to clear it properly. I'm not a bonus hunter so a 50% bonus up to 200 Euros with a 5x rollover of not only the bonus but my deposit too, only 50% of each bet counting towards the rollover, real money being used first before I can even start to roll over the bonus, not being able to bet on any type of handicap betting except 3 way and no over/unders, etc... just seemed like a huge headache to me. And there's a big chance I'd stuff it up somehow within that 90 day time frame and be sol.

                                      Is 10bet solid?

10bet easily breaks their rules(payout period).
There are so many report of 10bet's slow payout.

Payout is most important thing isn't it.

The best way is not to use any bonus from any bookmaker IMO. Use only Your OWN money. bonuses are traps.

luckily i didnt take their bonus, i requested a neteller withdrawl and it's been processing for over 4 days... on top of that they are requesting documents i have sent in already... and this simple withdrawl process has been going back and forth from 3 customer support employees.. people at 10bet seem extremely incompetant. i was on a 5win 1 loss streak but this withdrawl process killed my flow. im gonna take the money and put it in bet online or 5Dimes.
