yes, you only keep the winnings on the casino bonus. so obviously it requires a different strategy.

with the 40x casino rollover, the thing that works best for me is doing max bets on BJ early. if you get up, then do slots/bingo to run the rollover quickly. if you just go small the whole time, it is too much of a grind. either you get up early or zero early. either way, saves you alot of wasted time

Pretty sure DSI and Bookmaker are running different promos as mentioned earlier in this thread.

Just make sure you never use the Bookmaker or DSI FP on anything that can be a push, because by their FP rules, that's a loss.
