Any Canadians having issues with Pinnacle?

    Any Canadians having issues with Pinnacle?
    So for the past day now I can't even log onto Pinnacle, let alone load up its homepage so I emailed them and got this response:

    Dear Client,


    Our IT Department advises we have been experiencing technical difficulties with our clients located in Canada.

    We advise you to contact your ISP, since the issue is not at our end.
    So I'm just wondering, are any of my fellow Canadians having issues as well or is it just me? If you're wondering, I'm with Bell (my ISP).

    I use shaw cable, I logon fine. I do not have any issue with logon.

      Yeah, haven't been able to login to my account all evening too. So fukking annoying. I'm also with Bell, gonna switch to Rogers once my contract expires with them in the fall.

        Same here - since early this afternoon (I also use Bell). I've emailed them but have got no answer as yet. That's unusual because whenever I email them they respond pretty quickly. Btw I don't get whatthey mean by "the issue is not at our end". If I can reach their server and it doesn't respond then obviously the problem is at their end.

          Yeah, I just sent Bell an email as well. I am by no means a computer expert so I'm just going to take Pinnacle's word that it's a Canadian ISP issue. Anyone with Rogers want to chime in? Are you guys having trouble as well?

          Here's what "loads" when I try to get on Pinnacle's homepage:



          Extremely frustrating.

          Hopefully it gets resolved by tomorrow morning...

                Yes I was getting the same screen but I just tried to log on again and whaddya know - it's back to normal. So since you're on Bell you should be ok, too.

                  I'm with rogers and was having problems from like 4-9pm. It's better now.

                    I had an identical problem to that screenshot yesterday, from the UK. Was inaccessible for about 30 minutes, then fine.
