I trully believe waiting more than one week for any type of payout is unacceptable, specially if they send it via Fedex/UPS overnight. Issues with bank fees and procesing times is totally up to the banks, books have nothing to do with it, but at least it's good to hear the payout finally got through.

wsex is the most frustrating sportsbook that I have ever used. i have been waiting for checks for a few months now and have been getting nowhere. you can call support in the same day and get different answers depending on who you talk to. I talked to one person today who said that i should be patient and that checks will be issued soon, i call again a few hours later and get someone else who tells me that they have already been sent and that i should have received them. because of this they say that they are going to put a stop payment on them and reissue new checks in a couple of weeks. i get the feeling that they don't know what is going on. they also always tell me that they will email tracking numbers when they become available but that never happens. they should not have such a high rating

I haven't had any problems with payouts/checks for almost 2 months now. Neither has anybody else. Yes, there were frustrating delays during August and September but they appear to have been corrected. Other A+ books also had delays in September.

Davedunner, it appears you are the only person in the world who is Currently experiencing problems with WSEX.
