    Now the story: at the end of last year I opened an account at Bodog and placed a 20 eur bet on CSKA Sofia ( a team from my own country)
    to win a match.The odds were very good-it was an arb.
    I didn't placed any bet on the opposite side,I'm not an arber.

    But Bodog closed my account for security reasons-accused me of fraud.
    Now 5Dimes obviously bought this "information" and limits my deposit/withdrawal options.5dimes said they've received information from other sportsbook.I have many accounts at bookies and only Bodog closed mine.

    Why this discusting bookmakers (Bodog and 5DIMES) do what they want with their customers?
    Why placing a 20 eur arb= a problem with identity?
    Why ONLY 5DIMES bought this "information" ?-
    I have many accounts at bookmakers and no problems with them.But I didn't place any arb since Bodog closed my account .
    If they want, 5dimes can verify my identity-there are many ways-bank account verification,address verification,postal letter codes..
    Limiting deposit/withdrawal methods is very strange and unacceptable.
    Why 5dimes make tricks instead of doing the right thing-to verify my identity.

    Just filed a complaint about them also told me years ago that I can opin deposit using p2p after making many cc deposits just fine so I deposit using P2P now they want cc info and verification for that card that I can't even use anymore doesn't make sense to me

        Just use their p2p. Your card works there and 5d will even reimburse fees with no rollover. you're making a big deal out of nothing.

          Book has right to limit or refuse action, deposits or payouts. You have the right to play elsewhere.

          What is there to complain about? Its not like they took your money, they restrict how you can deposit. Welcome to the online bettors life, I have a feeling it will be a bumpy ride for you if you find this troubling.

            Just opened an account there myself and have not been able to deposit via Moneybookers. Have been on live chat 2-3 times and was told to "try back" in 15 minutes or 90 minutes. Live chat reps' English is shoddy, confusing. Was told some changes to my account needed to be made, but they wouldn't go into detail, talking instead about the "verifications department head unlocking a scrubber." I'm sure that's common parlance for the average on-line recreational player. You've got to be ******* kidding me. Just attempted phoning customer service; their line was bad. I could hear them but they couldn't hear me. Laughing in the background as the rep kept repeating "Hello? Hello?"

            5 Dimes appears to be a TOTAL ******* JOKE, and yet SBR has them rated an A+ book. What's up with that, folks?

              I had the same problem at bookmaker...all deposits removed except the ones you listed because I threatened to do a charge back at sportsbook.com after they stated "we'll pay you when we pay you"....mind you after a 6 week withdrawal request.

                  Hey, I don't think this has anything to do with your issue at bodog.
                  I was able to deposit via CC last month, but this month i was not able to any more.
