I put in a request for a payout about 5 weeks ago. so far, they haven't done a thing except giving me a bunch of bs. at this point, i'm not sure if this sportsbook is a scam or they are just really bad with customer service.
I submitted my payout request back in late june by method of check, $4k. a few days passed, i went on chat to ask for an update. they said they tried to send 2 payments by m g but my name got blacklisted. i don't know why they tried to send by that method when i already told them i was blacklisted months ago. even so, why are they sending me that large of amount with that method without asking me.. i got mad so i told them i want to withdraw my full balance. that's when the bs started.
they want me to send my documents and ID for a check request. I sent them. I checked back with them the next day. they said my ID wasn't clear. btw, I've used the exact same scan picture for other sportsbooks and it worked fine. I sent them 3 more scans of my ID to make sure they have all angles of it and clear. i called them, they said my documents is over 60 days. so, i sent them a current month.
after sending them all the documents, they said my ID address doesn't match my document, which i told them before i joined. the address on my ID is my rental property that is why i sent them my utility and bank statement to prove myself. I asked them all these question already before I joined to cover all my basis and they were ok with it.
Then i talked to the manager, Peter, around july 5. he said he felt that i've send way more doc's than needed and that he will take care of the situation and have me call back to check the status. I tried calling, chat , and email the following 4-5 days but either no one was in the office or peter wasn't available. i finally got a hold of Peter a week later and nothing was done. he apologized and said he'll take care of it and have me call back for status/control number. i called back the next day, phone and chat were offline and emails bounced. this continued for 2 weeks and i thought they went out of business.
on july 23rd, chat was back online and i chat with Peter. same exact conversation. he apologized and he said he's heading to accounting to take care of this. once again, he asked me to call back for status update. i called back and of course no one was available. he hasn't been available since.
I went to dmv to change my ID address. I sent them that, my passport, utility bill, and bank statement. let's see what other excuses can they come up with when i get a hold of them.
