I have heard that one 3 weeks in a row now, coming up on the 4th time.

I am on day 85 for a wire that was requested on May 27th, and on day 31 for express check that was requested on July 20th.
Emails received on Aug 12th and Aug 14th actually gave me some hopes, saying 'WIll excalate your message to management. Need to get a true clarification. Please give me a little more time' and ' upper management, our processing department and our third party processor are aware of the situation, we'll e-mail you as soon as we have an update for you.' Today I finally heard back from them as following, 'Unfortunately we are unable to provide and update on the payout but it is already being processed. Our third party processor is experiencing a delay at this moment and we do not know specific time frame information.' So it's not their fault at all, classic 'blame the processor' excuse, what a joke, let's pray for them, make a killing in the upcoming football season, so we may have better chance to be paid.

I requested a check 4 figures on June 29th called them twice and used chat once still no check. They used the excuse that they're processors are down! Fat chance of that, I'm worried. I signed up with them as they rated a B here. Last year I got a check from them in about 2 weeks!

The scary part is not being able to cancel the withdrawl. You just have to wait, who knows where your money is makes no sense to me. How do they still have checks and wires as a withdrawl option. At least don't keep accepting withdrawls through these methods. What are they just taking the money from these options and have no plans to pay anybody out with them. That is the scary part of this situation.

Seems to me SBR should re-evaluate this so called B sportsbook. I've been waiting since June 29th for a 4 figure amount while I received a similar amount from a so-called D book within a week of my request for a withdrawal.

They will eventually pay everyone, I'd bet huge on that. Funny that SBR's viewpoint seems too be only NON payment shall drop a sponsers rating, slow pay perfectly acceptable!

That 15k no pay for 6 months is awfully slow if its not a no pay

Sponsor being the keyword in that statement. If this was any of the hundreds of other non sponsor books out there, the rating would have already and would continue to slide down. Its also impossible to presume there aren't any no pays because BOL has been caught trying to use chip dumping as an excuse to confiscate winnings and surely for every instance we hear about here, theres just as many we don't. Not everyone uses SBR and unfortunately many have likely been screwed outta winnings.

Well I was able to cancel my express check from 8/3. They gave me a free person to person came in 36 hours so I suggest that's what you guys do at this point.

Quick update: Still no express check. I stopped playing there and now have no plans on playing any more. Waiting on my 2 express checks then plan on cutting ties with the company. Just not worth waiting eons to get paid out. Will update when/if I get my check.

Took over a month but I finally got my first payout request. They sent me money grams. I deposited them at the bank. I expect they will clear with out any issue. I have one other payment from them still due and if that payout request follows the same time frame I expect it in the coming week.

Bottom line. I got paid. However their communication with me I would have to rate as the poorest I have ever dealt with and their statements contradictory.

So after waiting over a month on my second payout, betonline just placed the funds back into my account. Why? no idea. The payout was already approved over 30 days ago. They just don't seem to care about customer support. Use them as a last resort. Other wise just avoid BOL. Just not worth it.

Nothing really new yet on the second payout: I am told I will get a ** PO. Still waiting on it. Money is still in my account.

Just yesterday I got a ** that I picked up. They ended up cancelling the check and paying me out that way.

That is the second payout I got from BOL. Yes it took several weeks but I got paid out.

I think the lack of honest communication or else sheer incompetence is what has left a bad taste in my mouth. I like their small poker rooms and I like the layout of the betting and how straight forward the interface is. However I just have a hard time trusting them after this. You get told one thing one day and the opposite the next. Then they lead you in circles over and over. Almost like they were purposely trying to get me to give up on collecting the money.

I still have funds left in my account so while I said I would not use them again I have placed a sports wager and will try to get my funds up to a decent withdraw limit or go broke trying. The next time I withdraw I will do the P2P ** Pay out as once they processed that I had the money 2 days later. This does lead me to believe that not everything I was being told was a lie. I think they really are having processing issues sending checks out. Most likely some banking regulations in their way.
