I didn't say you were lying, I just said that it is beginning to look that way because if you are telling the truth, then you would want to get your money back. If so, then you would already have filed a complaint here. If that book has told you that they will never give that money back if you file a complaint or lawsuit, then you had better file a complaint immediately because that book is not going to release those funds. Any book that would make such a statement is a scam that is just trying to scare you into doing nothing for as long as possible.

Op has a point, there is a certain level of "what are you going to do about it" with sportsbooks.

Technically you cant do anything. And if the book has enough supporters, nobody will give a shit about little ole you.

Not sure what happened here, but I have experienced this before.

You are absolutely correct. However, arguing from ignorance with his advisers while sitting on the fence is not getting him anywhere. He needs to act. ( Although, this is not true of highly rated books that care about their reputation. )

Well, now that I see we are talking about Bet365, I think you will be O.K. That is a solid book, as you stated earlier. This book is quick to limit or boot players that have a clue - so, if as you stated, you have done nothing wrong, I believe they will send you your money. All books put in there t&c's that they have the right to boot whoever they feel is going to beat them - we, as players can pick and choose the books we want to play at, and the books likewise can pick and choose which of their customers they want to keep. Almost all of the European books are quick to limit and boot, but they will pay out balances when they do boot a player. So good luck at your next book.

No, you won't be able to get anything from Bet365. All books can and most do just this sort of thing. I am not the best person for advice on which books do not limit or boot. There have been a few threads dealing with this subject --- so perhaps your best bet would be to do a search for threads with that topic. I do know that Bookmaker takes all comers and will not limit you. Pinnacle and the Greek are a couple more that you could use. You could start another thread and ask this question, you will get better info from other posters. ( As long as you are not American, the best book out there is Pinnacle. They have the lowest vigorish, thus the best payouts if you only use one book. Of course, let me qualify that, the exchanges can be even better with one point difference between dog and favorite when it gets close to game time. )

i founded the owner bet365 mail adress man...that woman is untraceable..ill sent her my feedback about everything and later on i will call those jerks to fix the problem..i hate it to accept apology from them but there is nothing else i can do.regarding book i will try pinnacle,i thought maybe betfair they are best exchange but i dont have so much money to start with them.thank you very much for your advices,and sorry about some stupid things i said.bye.
