    BetJoint making SBR posters famous
Well, if you consider having your posting handle mentioned in some spam to be fame, then JK21, BAUS and JASON should be looking for agents right about now.

I'll copy and paste the relevant part of their latest e-mail:

    Betjoint in the Forums…

“As someone suggested, it's good to report also positive experiences, so here is mine with Betjoint. I have been playing there for more than a month, finally won something and was paid $10,000 last week no problem and no excuses. Way to go!”

    JK21 - SBRForum.com

“I am quite impressed with Betjoint. Asked for a payout on Monday via FedEx, and have the money in my hand Tuesday. Very efficient. What more can I say.”

    BAUS - SBRForum.com

“Once again - payout requested and 5k in my hand less than 2 days later. Mark is reliable as can be, friendly and generous. He is the reason I played with Betjoint, and will continue to play with them.”

It's good to see BetJoint show it values the forum. I think poster opinions helped poster Jason see a resolution to his dispute. Of course an email from the book is going to be all positive but potential bettors can come in and read the pros and cons.

FWIW - My experience with JOINT has been very good.

I see some room for improvement but that is true of every book. And they are improving having recently added Moneybookers as a deposit option.

You can't take payouts that way yet. That's a shame. Last payout I had there came via Fedex and got held up at the depot so I had to make a long car trip to get it. The reason was that it was a bunch of Safeway/Moneybookers money orders. Apparently that means the trucks can't deliver them. (Don't ask me why).

I was then worried about the validity of those odd money orders which I had never seen before. I was afraid I was going to have to take them to Moneybookers and get charged a ridiculous currency conversion but it turned out my bank processed them no problem at all.

So we all lived happily ever after. It was very prompt btw, that payout.

They had some very good MLB lines at times over the summer. I will continue to keep an eye on them.

BetJoint currently has no outstanding complaints levied against them at this time, because Mark ended up re-evaluating the decision he made this past summer. Not to mention the fact that I know of no slow pays either.

BTW, when were these testimonials made and more importantly paid out?

Well I can partly help with that I suppose.

          jk21's post of 4/5/08

BAUS and Jason's comments both in this thread, 2/12/08

Looks like they took some small liberties with their use of quotation marks but I'll let it go.

Seems a little shady, but I trust Mark. Used to play at BetAtlas simply because of his great customer service..... Havent played at BetJoint, but I don't think they would **** people over so I guess its not a bad thing that they're using these quotes.

Lol. They closed my account a couple months ago and stole my Free Play. Maybe they shouldn't be using me as a testimonial.

Okay now that's funny. I mean it's not funny, but it's funny.

                  Mud,

BetJoint asked us to mention that since July, they process payouts via Moneybookers.

                    That's good news I suppose . . .

I'm not looking to bicker but they have told me more recently than July that they don't. The payout episode I referenced happened in mid-August and I certainly would have used Moneybookers if it was available.

In fact I am looking at the e-mail right now where they unveiled Moneybookers as a new deposit option. It is dated 8/28/08. It is pretty clear in backing up what I said:

                    Dear valued customer,

BetJoint is glad to announce that Moneybookers is a fast and reliable option for your deposits for the upcoming football season! Moneybookers is a leading International online payment system that enables any business or consumer with an email address to securely and cost-effectively send and receive payments online in real time. With Moneybookers, you can send money via email from your credit/debit card or bank account.

As an incentive to use Moneybookers as your preferred funding method, Betjoint will give you an additional 5% Free Play bonus on your first qualified deposit via Moneybookers. Feel free to open your Moneybookers account at www.moneybookers.com and send your deposit in US dollars to payment@betjoint.com directly through the Moneybookers page.

Please be aware that Betjoint will not be offering Moneybookers as a payout option at this time, but you can still receive your withdrawals via person-to-person money transfers or FedEx as usual.

Please take the time to check on Moneybookers and don’t miss this great offer!

BetJoint.com…Setting the Standards in Offshore Wagering!

As I say, dated 8/28/08. Again, not looking to bicker - just reporting the news.

But let's just take it to mean that they do it now and call it good news.
