Current 5Dimes clients

Is their someone(name) at 5Dimes that you have spoken to about their different reward programs that you were satisfied with the info provided. Some books assign you an account rep, but not 5D. Otherwise are you at the mercy of whoever the next CS rep happens to be that takes your phone call?
Been with them for awhile, but see that they have several reward program options, I was not even aware of.
Any knowledgeable names of 5D people to ask for, post here if ya would.

why would you have to be patient with them? they are providing a service for you, so you as the customer should get a level of courtesy and customer service you deseverve. so it should be the other way around

Jax was promoted to quality assurance, so no longer handles clients on the phone.
But I did find a replacement that was knowledgeable and responsive to my inquiry.
