When you receive Ok to good service you don't start a thread to praise the book. But as soon as something goes wrong people flag it up. End result is a forum with loads of bitching.

i agree these forums have become somewhat of a tool of extorsion posters need to be able to read between the lines of what is a real legit complaintg and what is not
