Betsafe account permanently locked?

It all started with a question about a live bet I made in the sportsbook. I emailed them to ask if there was a problem because my live bet wasn't graded yet. Then instantly they graded it, but didn't email me back untill the next day, saying they are investigating the case, but I told them that the problem was already solved, but then they decided to lock my account permanently?

I haven't broken any rules, no multiple accounts, nothing. I do not understand what is going on.

Now I received an answer to the question why my account is permanently locked and what happens to all of my funds.

"We are still investigating on this case, we will get back to you as soon as our relevant department will have done the checks it needs to."

anybody with similar issues with betsafe? I never had any issues with betsafe before, been playing there for over two years.

Where are you from? What about crazy limits?How much could you wager on live-betting there?

I usually bet around 50 to 100 euros live haven't tried higher, they have never put a limit on my stakes.

A week later and still haven't received a reason why they permanently closed my account.

they will not open your account and keeps your money.
i played 2009, they brought a poker site, i had around $200, i see the balance from here, they said no, i sent statement and screen shot, they said is fake, i provide the login info to sbr, i dont know if sbr logged in my account but the case is closed by betsafe and nno word from sbr, no money is returned.

"As you were previously advised, your account has been permanently closed. The closure was requested due to gambling problems and in compliance with our responsible gambling policy, we will not be able to reopen it.
Kindly note that the normal procedure in this case is to void the deposits. However, in your case there was already an authorized withdrawal for 155 euro from the 23-06. The total of your deposits was 90 euro and therefore, no other funds will be refunded.
