I'm trying to request a check payout.. I have about another hour and a half to meet the cut off time for it to be sent out Monday July 9th... however...no one is answering the phone or the live-chat? I've tried several times now..

they open at 9 but they have been many times they wont answer until 10. I complain quite a bit about that before because I try to do my deposits early in the morning before wal mart gets crazy. Usually around 945 or 10 they will answer

Don't worry book can be a little rough around the edges but it is a fair book with an excellent payout record!

Funds have been taken out of my account. Amy helped me out. First payout with BI. anyone know if they offer tracking information on their checks? are they sent fed-ex? thanks

I received M O through regular mail 2 weeks ago when I put in a payout request.
