Bug in Betsafe software

I sent this message to Betsafe two weeks ago.

I have discovered a bug in ur program. I am now 100 % certain that it works according to this, or rather, doesnt work.

Please send to the one responsible for the development appartement.


I am a limited player, so actually I shouldnt tell u about this, if u behave like a pig against me, then I can behave like a pig to you, but I am also an honest person
so here you are.



If i play 200 sek on a game and my approved stake is 144 sek. I choose to accept 144 sek and send 56 for approval.



What will happen then?



No money is drawn from the account. The pre-approved sum will never result in any bet!!!! The extra sum may lead to a bet, but no money will be drawn from the account.
When u want to check the bets the soft hangs. You have to log out and log in again. Then u will probably see the bets.



If u send another bet for 100 sek och no sum is pre-approved, then maybe the bet will be approved, but no money will be drawn from the account.



If I send a bet that is below my limit then money will be drawn from the account.



What will happen with a bet that turns into a profit and no money has been drawn I dont know, since i havent won such a bet..

Some days ago I placed a bet on Brazilian soccer.

They havent fixed the bug.



I placed 500 sek, 76 was approved and 424 was sent for later approval but was rejected.



76 was drawn from my account but no slip was shown.



I contacted chat and they said they could see the bet, and that it was ok.



I won on the bet but no money came to the account.



I contacted chat and they informed me that my bet had a technical error and that the sum should be refunded!



I include the chat.



It is ten days since I informed them about this problem to at least two persons in charge.

Sounds like they have the same system as Expekt. Must be some kind of technical glitch if the pre-approved SEK 144 does not end up in a bet.

More bugs

And if u surf around in the site. Find a bet that u want to place. Then suddenly the soft can tell u that u are not logged in, but u can access ur account.

Then u cant place a bet.

U have to close the browser, it isnt enough to log out of betshit

then when u place the bet, the money is drawn but no slip is made.

Why do you bother betting in Betsafe? It must be one of the worst books around. Their limits are ridiculous. Unless you bet in San Marino beating Spain 10-0, your bet will be rejected or approved for 1 euro 23 cents.
They are just looking for idiots placing stupid loosing bets.

I know they have ridiculuos limits, between 1 dollar and 4 dollars, but I am playing there since they gave me a b.onus. But it will take me more than 20 bets to fullfil the wagering requirements, so it wasnt a good idea.

I am not a regular. I had removed my money, but the gave me a bonus, so I deposited again.

Three weeks after I told them about the bug, it is still there. They are really fast in solving issues!

Betsafe responds

How to avoid their bug. They suggest that I place bets lower than 80 cents, which was the latest they approved me.
