            No matter the full details of this situation, if that was the full email from Bwin that is totally unacceptable. No explanation as to why the funds were confiscated? If you are a book and you think you have "cause"--then it should be clearly stated in the email. File a complaint with SBR and lets see what Bwin has to say beyond that email. Privet by the way!!

              katstale you do have a point. bwin attitude for not mentioning the reason is quite disappointing... I know this is translated from Russian but still, I don't think a lot has been lost in translation...
