Am not massively into spread betting, but have dabbled a little bit - these guys are probably as solid as they come, like shaun says though, spread betting can involve some big wins if you are on the right side, but also you can incur big losses if you are on the wrong side, so make sure you fully understand the concepts involved.

I always play markets with very little downside and hopefully large upside
